minor inconvenience with parking costs

attentive staffunexpected feeparking fee
the staff were great.
I was surprised by the parking fees. I had to pay extra (over 500 thb) since it was not complimentary. this was partly my fault for not checking all details, but it still felt unexpected. i wish this was clearer before arrival, especially since i had called ahead to confirm parking availability.
